Learning About Efficiency
Consistently seeking ways to improve every customer’s experience, Joe Marek, President and founder of Litech Lighting, and Sales Representative Mike Walls recently took a course through The Efficiency Sales Professional Institute. This is a course led by Mark Jewell, and goes over important aspects of the energy efficiency business. They each learned how to increase energy efficiency for their customers, and improve their selling strategies and relationships with customers. At the end of the class both Joe and Mike met Mark Jewell, the renowned teacher and author (as pictured). Litech Lighting believes that no employee can learn too much, and will continue to expand their knowledge through programs like this.
